Our History

1989 in a 2000 sq ft Quonset building with 2 owners and their wives, Neosource is a typical American business started from scratch. Qualifying for an FAA certificate opened the doors to American and Qantas for airframe repairs. Hartwell and Avibank latch repairs become a niche. The Quonset building was cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Neosource moved to a fully air conditioned 15,000 sq ft building with lots of room. Kids would roller blade in all the empty space. That space was eventually filled with CNC lathes (8), CNC mills (7) and CNC waterjets (3). An additional 7000 sq ft was purchased next door. Three decades later, Neosource enjoys the employment of A&P’s, degreed aerospace managers, machinists, programmers, quality managers and all the ‘make it happen’ positions that are the heart and soul of any company. FAA/EASA/AS9100/ISO9001.
