FLAGSHIP DETROIT DC3 at American Airlines Tulsa Base! At the Tulsa Regional Chamber’s Aerospace Council meeting on November 10th, AA’s Chase Beasley and Roger Steel kindly provided a tour of Hangar 3 along with a close-up look at a Boeing 737 mid way through a heavy maintenance visit and this FLAGSHIP. During the meeting, Chase provided an overview of Tech Ops Tulsa with over 3.3 million-square-feet that began operations in 1946. Seventy-eight years ago AA moved its main maintenance base from New York’s LaGuardia Airport and has maintained the world’s largest commercial aviation facility since that time. Thank you Chase and Roger for the informative tour and our appreciation to American Airlines for being a long term Tulsa employer and community supporter.

Tulsa Boy’s Home and NeoSource 2023

Neosource had the privilege of visiting the Tulsa Boys’ Home November 14th. Executive Director Gregg Conway provided us the courtesy of speaking at our annual United Way campaign, and conversely invited us to visit their facility . Gregg is a great speaker with a robust passion for the Tulsa Boys’ Home.

The 1 hour tour of the modern facilities went exceptionally well providing facts about TBH and methods how they positively change the lives of challenged youth. Horses are used as one of their therapeutic tools and the covered corral is awesome. As with all non-profits, the need is always greater than the available sponsorship.

For visiting or sponsoring, their website is  The tour is well worth your time. Below is a partial ABOUT information from their website.

Tulsa Boys’ Home was the first and remains the largest residential treatment facility serving troubled boys in Oklahoma. We provide residential services to 62 boys between the ages of 13 to 18 (and their families when there is a family). 50 of our boys are placed by the Child Welfare Division of the Department of Human Services, and the other 12 are privately placed by their parents or legal guardians.

Many of our boys learn to lead productive lives, and credit TBH for breaking the cycle of poverty, abuse, and neglect that is often passed on from generation to generation if no help is available.
