With over 35 years of dedicated service to Neosource MFG, John has been an instrumental part of our manufacturing success, operating at the intersection of precision machining and engineering innovation. As our Senior CNC Mill Programmer, John has witnessed the evolution of manufacturing technology firsthand, transitioning from conventional machining to advanced multi-axis CNC environments.

In his dual role, John does not just write code; he engineers solutions. He is responsible for developing, programming, and optimizing complex 3- and 5-axis mill programs, ensuring maximum efficiency, superior surface finishes, and adherence to incredibly tight tolerances. His deep understanding of metallurgy, tooling, and work holding allows him to take projects from a 3D model to the finished part with unmatched precision.

John’s role extends beyond the programming station.  He often acts as the primary interface between design concepts and manufacturing, optimizing parts for manufacturability (DFM) and solving critical technical challenges on the floor.

Throughout his tenure, John has been a mentor to junior programmers and a champion of process improvement.
