Human Resources Manager

Emily serves as our Human Resources Manager for both our Owasso and Tulsa facilities. She received her BS in Nursing from Oral Roberts University with a minor in accounting. She brings a unique blend of healthcare expertise, people-focused leadership, and operational discipline to the organization. She began her professional career as an RN working in the ER, where she develeped a strong foundation in compliance, confidentiality, crisis management and compassionate communication – skills that translate seamlessly into an effective human resources leadership. In her role, Emily oversees employment relations, benefits admins, compliance, onboarding and organizational support, ensuring policies and processes are both practical and people centered. Emily is married to her husband Landon, who works for the FAA in Air Traffic Control, reinforcing her appreciation for precision and accountability. When not savings life’s at Neosource, she loves spending time with Landon & enjoys reading, playing with her dogs and shooting skeet.
